Five tips for beautiful and shiny skin

1. Do not wash your face with soaps. Dry skin should be cleaned with creamy and greasy gels or with normal gels that dont foam excessively. For better odor in the gel we can add in few drops of essential oil of roses, mint or oranges. Wash your face every night, perferably before ten o’clock in the evening, as the skin regenerates better at that time and subsequently is also easier for the skin to get rid of all the toxins. If you have very oily skin, its good to remove oily spots on the face with special leafs that absorb fat.

2. Once a week is recommendable to Exfoliate the skin – Use a mixture of two tablespoons of yogurt and spoon of brown sugar and than apply the mask: The mask is made from one spoon of yogurt mixed with a teaspoon of honey, half of the lemon juice, mixed with beaten egg white, quarter of crushed bananas or full-fat vanilla flavored yogurt. Put the mask on, and leave it there for fifteen to thirty minutes and than wash it off. Instead of traditional peeling we can use night creams with AHA or BHA acids.

3. Pamper the body with sauna and baths. Try a chocolate bath: Mix ½ cup of milk powder and 100 g of chocolate powder, than stir that mixture into a cup of bubble bath without fragrance. We need to remember that the body needs at least two times a week to be exfoliated. Than we rub that mixture with a cup of sugar, in which you add enough honey so the mixtrue is moisted enough but not melted.


4. Its also very important that we take care of our feet. We can soak them in hot water to which you add two bags of black tea, a teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of lemon juice. Wait ten minutes and than begin to remove the hard skin. At the end we can make a gentle peeling of a cup of sea salt mixed with a teaspoon of honey and three tablespoons of olive oil.

5. For healthy and glowing skin we need to replace regularly our pillow covers, it is recommendable if we wash them with natural products. Make sure that you get enough sleep, sleep is very important for healthy skin, it also detoxifies the body during night time. Even if we eat healthy and exercise enough it wont be enough if we wont get enough sleep.
