Every type of skin requires a different treatment

Oily skin with acne

If we have that kind of skin we need to be extremely careful with hygiene. Secretion of tallow can be balanced with help of lavender oil. Lavender oil also helps to regulate hormonal balance. Another powerful antiseptic is tea tree oil, which helps healing of the acne and it doesent irritates the skin.

Patchouli and grapefruit oil are good with cleansing the skin, but they also help in the fight against depression, and these properties are very useful to teenagers, who are particularly very vulnerable when it comes to appearance

Juniper and rosemary oil stimulate the secretion of toxins from the body. As a fat basis for massage mixture are the most appropriate oils from grape seeds and jojoba oil. Five minutes after the massage remove oil from the skin and refresh it with tonic that contains lavender, cypress, tea plant or mint hydrolyte.

Mature and wrinkled skin

Regular massage of the face and scalp works wonders. Skin will be good nourished with fatty oils of jojoba, avocado, macadamia and apricot ossicles, which you can add with 25 percents of wheat germ oil.

Among the essential oils are the most preferred lavender andpalmarozino oils. All those oils promote the growth of new cells. For mature skin is very appropriate rose oil, it also helps with menopausal problems.

Very helpful for smooth and fresh skin are essential oils from carrots, oranges and ilang-ilang. For the preparation of tonics are suitable almost all oils, which we can add in rose water, orange flower water or balm-mint water.

Normal and dry skin

Useful essential oils for normal and dry skin are eteric oil from pelargonium, sandalwood, jasmine and orange, which we can add those mixtures to jojoba or almond oil. Suitable are also all types of flower waters with some apple cider.

Sensitive and problematic skin

If we have sensitive or problematic skin we need to use gentle essential oils from plants such as chammomile, lavender, rose, sandalwood, neroli and jasmine. All those essential oils calm down the redness and other inflammations.

The best basis are almond and hazelnut oil. Tonics should be based on boiled spring water or chamomile flower water with a teaspoon of cider vinegar. If there are any broken capillaries in the skin, you can add in oils a drop of milfoil, cypress or lemon oil. In all preparations, add at least half of the recommended amounts of essential oils. Massage the skin as gently as it gets and in the end wash the skin only with lukewarm water.
